Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins, especially if it is your first time! Arriving late is very disturbing for the class and you will not be permitted to enter once the class has started.
If you have registered for the class and are not present 5 minutes before the class start time, your spot will be given away to individuals on the waitlist.
The studio is the perfect place to disconnect from your phone and reconnect to yourself. Please turn off your cell phones in the studio or put them on silent mode.
Please remove your shoes when you enter into the studio. Shala means home; we want everyone to enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of our Yoga Shala.
Please clean your mats and blocks after your yoga class. It is a part of the yoga practice to think about the next person who will enter the studio and use our equipment.
Seeing your friends at yoga is always exciting, but please be mindful of others meditating before and after class. Absolutely no talking during the class!
We understand that Savasana, the final resting pose, can be tough for some of us that aren’t used to staying still. Please remain in the room for the entire duration of the class, including Savanasa. This is where the magic happens!
If you have an injury or medical condition, please let your instructor know. It is our job to offer modifications and adjust the practice according to your needs.
If you are under the age of 16 you must have parental consent prior to the class, or be accompanied by your parent or guardian.
