Why I teach yoga : I love sharing the benefits of yoga with people and contributing to their well-being by helping them to slow down. I sincerely believe that when you practice yoga you give yourself a gift. We give ourselves a moment to slow down, when often these moments go by way too fast. When a student comes to see me at the end of the session and says to me: “I really managed to get it” my mission is accomplished.
When we choose to come on our mat, we come to learn, we come to practice and we give ourselves the right to slow down to soften the pace, reduce the speed of our breathing and thus decrease the speed of the sometimes cluttered mental cinema. Then, we can start our day by bringing back a small piece of this calm which allows us to have a clear mind. Everything is achieved by moving the body in all directions, allowing energy to flow and relieving tension.
Teaching yoga allows me to share its 1001 benefits.
I teach yoga because it makes me vibrant, it makes me feel fully alive! This practice gives me a smile and a great confidence. Yoga allows me to cultivate my inner peace; it has become an essential pillar in my life. Teaching yoga allows me to share what I like to receive myself in a yoga class.
